Conditions of Registration

This is a legally binding document. Delegates will be allocated places on a strictly first-come basis. All delegate fees must be paid in full before the conference.  Delegates are liable for all outstanding fees. No delegate will be allowed into conference without settlement of all outstanding fees.  There will be a 20% administration charge on cancellations received before 30 March 2015 – there will be no refund on cancellations received thereafter but substitutions may be made, delegates are liable for the full fee if no cancellation is received.  A delegate folder will be provided but speaker papers will only be available if written papers are provided by speakers. The conference programme is published in good faith but substitutions of speakers and/or papers may be necessary due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control. The organisers accept no responsibility for any costs incurred by any attendee when booking and/or attending a course nor in the event of a cancellation by the organisers.
